Hypnotherapy For Children
I find that children aged 8 and up have developed enough of an attention span for a formal hypnotherapy session. However, if your child is younger and you feel that hypnotherapy could benefit them, please contact me and we can talk!
Far too often, our children are given potentially dangerous medications in lieu of trying natural, safe treatments. Often, this is because parents are unaware that there are safe and alternative treatments that be used instead or in addition to conventional treatments.
Common areas where alternative therapies can assist are:
- Bed wetting
- Fear and anxiousness
- Athletic performance
- Sleeping troubles
- Difficulty adjusting
- Emotional difficulties
- and more.
Hypnosis is a safe and effective tool that can help with a broad range of goals on both adults and children. The verbiage and scripting that I use for children, is specifically geared towards a younger audience.

I also work with teens/young adults assisting them to improve self esteem, reduce anxiety, manage anger, stress, worry, and fear, and more.
